I am Liam Hole an experienced, artisan plasterer and decorator based in Leatherhead, Surrey. Trained in the traditional craft of Plastering and decorating. I provide a high-quality plastering and decorating service throughout the Surrey Hills and beyond. Areas include Leatherhead, Dorking, Epsom, Horley, Reigate, Guildford, Godalming, Farnham and the surrounding villages.
What I do
I offer a comprehensive service in traditional lime and gypsum plastering, fibrous plaster installation, cornice in-situ repairs, Repair Care timber restoration and maintenance, wallpapering and painting. I cover all interior and exterior work for residential clients. I am a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen, a trained contractor for Repair Care and a member of The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB).

All the work is carried out to the highest standards. Working quietly with the minimum of fuss or disruption whilst at your property, using Mirka dustless sanding equipment to keep our clients' homes virtually dust-free while we work.

We offer services in polished plastering including traditional Moroccan Tadelakt.
Tadelakt is one of few natural materials suitable for wet areas and can seamlessly be applied on walls, floors, sinks, showers and bathtubs due to its water resistant nature. This tradition almost disappeared but has recently undergone a revival and become very popular across Europe.
Tadelakt is increasingly replacing traditional tiling as a trendy decorative finish for kitchens, bathrooms and other areas.

About us
Our Experience
Liam has over 20 years’ experience within the trades and is City and Guilds certificated. Liam has also gained extra experience with National Trust/SPAB training at Coleshill, Notting Hill School of polished plaster and paint effects, School of Decorative Art in Cheshire, as well as Gold Trowel training centre in Essex. Plastering & decorating has been a trade in the family for over 5 generations with knowledge and traditional tools being handed down from over the past 100 years. Liam is a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen and a trained contractor for Repair Care (registered as LJ Hole Plastering & Decorating). I am also a member of The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB).
